Harpers Restaurant Terms and Conditions

At Harpers restaurant, our primary aim is to provide all our guests with a memorable dining experience and achieve 100% customer satisfaction. We prioritise providing a seamless dining experience and great food in a wonderful ambience for our guests.

Please inform a member of staff or get in touch via email on info@harpers-restaurant.co.uk if you encounter any problems or have an unsatisfactory dining experience at Harpers and we will try our utmost to rectify our mistake.

To ensure efficiency and accommodate your needs, we have established the following reservation guidelines:

Booking Duration:
Your reservation secures your table for a duration of 2 hours. Extensions may be granted upon prior agreement or if the last available slot until closing time is booked, ensuring smooth transitions for subsequent guests.

Late Arrival Policy:
Guests arriving more than 15 minutes after the booking time without prior notice risk forfeiting their table to accommodate other patrons.

Group Reservations:
We recommend groups of 6 or more to reserve in advance, allowing us to prepare and provide personalized service tailored to your group’s needs.

Dietary Requirements:
Please inform us of any dietary restrictions at the time of booking to ensure we can cater to your needs effectively.

Table Allocation:
While we strive to accommodate seating preferences, table assignments are subject to availability and at the discretion of our reservation team.

Cancellation Policy:

  • For bookings of 5 and under, no deposit is required. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the booking time to avoid charges.
  • For bookings of under 10, a deposit of £10 per person is required upon reservation. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the booking time to avoid forfeiture of the deposit.
  • For bookings of over 10, a deposit of £10 per person is required upon reservation. Cancellations must be made at least 4 days before the booking time to avoid forfeiture of the deposit.
  • For bookings of 26 and above, full restaurant hire, and special events, a pre-arranged deposit is required, with cancellations requiring 14 days’ notice. Reductions in guest numbers may incur charges based on the agreed set menu price per person.

Special Events and Holidays:
Special occasions may be subject to different fees and cancellation policies, as outlined at the time of booking or in confirmation emails.

Menu Changes:
Please note that prices and menu items are subject to change without prior notice from us. We reserve the right to adjust our offerings to ensure the highest quality and freshness for our guests.

Reservation Changes:
Changes to reservations are accommodated outside the notice periods with no charge incurred. Deposits are rolled over to new reservations. Changes within notice periods may be subject to charges, with refunds at our discretion if tables can be resold.

Right to Cancel Bookings:
While we strive to honour all bookings, we reserve the right to cancel reservations without providing reasons. In such cases, we will not be liable for this action.

Children eat free...

On Sundays, every child under 10 qualifies for a free meal from our children’s menu with every adult main course.

All additions on top of the menu (additional drinks etc) will be charged.
