DIY Burger Kit Instructions

Season the beef patties both sides well with salt.

Fry in a hot frying pan for 4 mins on each side for ‘Pink & Juicy’

(Fry a bit longer if you prefer your burgers more well done)

Cut the buns with a nice thick bottom, and toast or grill until warm.
